What kind of support does TPS® provide?
TPS® provides
technical support for all customers who paid their annual maintanence
and is available for an hourly fee (for non maintenance customers). Customers
under annual maintenance can receive TPS® product
support and can also request TPS® software
upgrades at no additional cost.

Support?
Technical support is available Monday - Friday,
7am - 7pm CST. Customers can contact us directly via phone, (210)
496-1984, or use our Contact TPS® Support section on our web page. When contacting us, be prepared to have
your TPS® product
name and
company name so we can verify maintenance.
